1. Wallboard:Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
2. Door: 4 pcs of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 4800(h). 2 pcs of emergency door.
3. Air Intake System (2sets): Each set consists of 2x5.5kw intake fan. Total 4 units of 5.5kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
4. Air Exhaust System (2sets):Each set consists of 1x7.5kw exhaust fan. Total 2 units of 7.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
5. Heating System (2sets):Each set consists of 1 units Italy Riello G20 diesel burner 200000Kcal/h. Total 2 units of burners, 400000Kcal/h. The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
6. Lighting System:Ceiling light has 16 units x 3pcs of 36w lamps. Side light has 18 units x 2pcs of 36w lamps. Total 84 pcs of 36 W lamps. Brightness >900 Lux.
7. Air Purification:Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
